WANNA BOOK THE BAND? If so, contact Terry, and be prepared to answer the following questions:

1. What is the date/time you had in mind for having us play?
2. For how long would you need us to play? 1 hour? 2 hours? The norm for bars is approx. 4 hours (incl. two 15 minute breaks).
3. Where is your venue located? (We need to know how far we'd be traveling, and if it's far, be prepared to discuss accommodations, which you will be provding.)
4. Will the show take place indoors or outdoors, and if indoors...do you enforce a no smoking policy? (Hope so!)
5. Do you know what your budget is for hiring a band? (Pricing starts at around $500 in most cases.)

DEAR BAR OWNERS - we love (most of) you, really, we do...but...if things for you don't go QUITE as planned during our show...and you don't make quite as much as you thought you would, please think about the following points before coming to talk us down on pricing (thanks in advance):

• We are a vendor. We don't JUST do this for fun. Would you pay your beer vendor less because you didn't sell as much beer as you thought you would?
• Do you ever offer to pay MORE for services when you have BETTER than expected revenue?
• Was pay ever discussed (in advance of the show) as being CONTINGENT ON ATTENDANCE?
• Would you be happier to discuss the possibility of DOOR REVENUE deals going forward?
• Did we negotiate a FLAT FEE ("X" amount of time for "$" amount of compensation) in advance? If so, and if services were rendered IN FULL by us, then please know that we will expect payment IN FULL to be due to us upon conclusion of the show.
